### How do I book a villa?
Send an enquiry from the villa page, call +30 210 612 0875 or email info@greecingteam.com. A villa manager confirms availability and the final price within 2 hours (09:00–21:00 Athens time) and sends you the booking agreement.

### What is included in the nightly price?
The whole villa, linens and beach towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a villa manager on call. Final cleaning is shown separately, and the Greek climate resilience fee is added per night as required by law.

### Is there a minimum stay?
Yes — between 3 and 7 nights depending on the villa, shown on every villa page. Outside July and August we can often be flexible.

### What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Early arrival or late departure can be arranged when the calendar allows.

### Can you arrange transfers, a chef or a boat?
Yes. Airport and port transfers, private chefs, boat charters, restaurant bookings and daily housekeeping are all arranged by our local teams.

### Are the villas licensed?
Every villa is registered in the Greek short-term rental registry and its AMA number is shown on its page. Greecing Stays is operated by GREECING I.K.E. (GEMI 152490803000), a licensed real estate brokerage in Athens.

### Which destinations do you cover?
Mykonos, Paros, Antiparos, Santorini, Naxos and the Athens Riviera (Vouliagmeni). Ask us about other islands — we also have villas available only on request.

### I own a villa. Can Greecing Stays manage it?
